They use the Hsphere control panel.The control panel is very sleek and very stable compared to the control panels designed by many non-web hosting companies. Because IPowerweb is a web hosting company itself, they are one of the very few companies who have decided to create their own control panel rather than use a third-party solution such as CPanel, Hsphere or Ensim.

Setup Time
Once we purchased our Websitesource account, our account was setup immediately. We received an email confirmation with our user name and password. They may require you to fax in a copy of your driver license with your signature.
Pitfalls
Sometimes it takes a little while before we got a response from their instant support. They also do not provide comprehensive documentation to assist new users with their web hosting account so everything you need you would need to contact them. But other than that, they have a superior friendliness and uptime was outstanding.
